Why We Collect It

We collect personal information to respond to enquiries, provide credit assistance, prepare and manage loan applications, meet legal and licence obligations, handle complaints, maintain business records, and communicate with you about your enquiry or existing loan review.

If you do not provide the requested information, we may not be able to respond properly, assess your scenario, or provide credit assistance.

Who We May Disclose It To

We may disclose relevant personal information to our Australian Credit Licence holder, lenders, mortgage aggregators, credit reporting bodies where permitted, valuers, conveyancers, insurers, settlement agents, technology providers, professional advisers, regulators, dispute resolution bodies, and other parties reasonably needed to assist with your enquiry or application.

Some technology or service providers may store or process information using systems located outside Australia. Where this applies, we take reasonable steps to protect personal information in line with applicable privacy obligations.

Cookies, Analytics And Advertising Tools

We use first-party session storage to retain referral and advertising campaign details as you move between pages. If you enquire, those details, including advertising click identifiers where available, are saved with your enquiry to help us understand its source. This storage expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and does not itself send information to advertising platforms.

Our website uses essential storage needed for site functions, plus Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure website use and enquiries. Measurement is enabled by default, without an upfront permission prompt. We honour saved opt-outs. You can turn measurement off or enable it using Tracking settings on this page. Your choice is saved in this browser; clearing browser storage removes that saved choice.
